My first book, Move More, Your Life Depends On It: Practical Tips to Add More Movement to Your Day, offers common sense solutions to help you add non-exercise activity to your busy life. My second book, Balance and Your Body: How Exercise Can Help You Avoid a Fall, is geared to seniors like you who want to maintain their independence and prevent falls.
