Introducing “Add Movement at Work”. It's a 6-week online course that will teach you how to add small bouts of non-exercise activity to your work day. The course includes weekly newsletters and videos. You’ll get quick and easy exercises to do at your desk and tips to add more movement during the day. The videos will lead you through the exercises (the what), and the newsletters will delve into the importance of the movement (the why).

Week 3: Fingers and Toes, Hands and Feet
Week 4: Stretch Your Neck, Shoulders and Back
Week 5: Getting Up From Your Desk, Office Squats
