Get off your butt! You’ve been told to sit less and move more at work, but how? When? How can you fit activity into your already busy day? If you have a job that keeps you sedentary for most of the day, this challenge is designed just for you.

Daily challenges are delivered by video - don’t worry, they’re short and sweet at 1 minute each - and you’ll get regular nudges throughout the day to keep you on track. Not to mention an end-of-day check-in to record your progress.
