New service announcement! I’ve been getting requests for a while, so it’s time to formalize things. Move More with Amanda: Fitness Companion is now available for booking.
Do you have an elderly relative who needs to get more physical activity, but is scared to go for a walk by themselves? Maybe you need some help to step away from your desk over the lunch hour and get outside. Or perhaps you’re newly retired and don’t want to join a group activity. Whatever the case, I am now booking companion walks in central Ottawa. I can come to you, or we can meet at a designated location. Walks can be between 20 and 60 minutes long - price is based on time spent together: 20-30 minutes = $20 45-60 minutes = $30 |
