12-Week Movement Coaching Online Course
Movement coaching by The Move More Institute™ will launch in early 2018. Sign up below so you can be one of the first to learn about this unique type of coaching that will teach you how to add more movement and physical activity to your daily life. Proven behaviour change models will help you turn your desired behaviours into lifelong habits.
Offerings will include in-person movement coaching for individuals in Ottawa, virtual movement coaching for individuals living further afield, and 2 online courses: a 6-week session for sedentary office workers called "Adding More Movement at Work", and a 12-week movement coaching course that will teach you how to change your behaviour and kick that sedentary lifestyle to the curb. Both of the online courses can be self-guided or coach-guided.
