Garden View Seniors Apartments: 1521 Manotick Station Rd, Greely, ON

Aging Backwards  with Amanda Classes in Greely

I teach a free Aging Backwards class at the Garden View Seniors Apartments in Greely. This gentle 30-minute class begins at 9:45 am. It is open to the public and runs every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. Alternating Tuesdays feature Chair Yoga with Georgia. 
​​​If you are attending classes for the first time, please download and complete this waiver. You will need to bring it to the first class, and arrive 10 minutes early to review it with me.

Class Description

This relaxed, but dynamic and deep, full-body stretch will work through all the joints and release tight muscles. This class is suitable for anyone beginning to exercise after a long sedentary period. Effective for injury recovery and prevention, pain relief, stress release, and improved balance. The class has a gentle, slow pace, and consists of standing and chair exercises only (no floor work). The class is 30 minutes long.
